Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's own processing schedule. Deposits are made at the discretion and decision of the member. PRK365 does not hold responsibility for deposits made under financial stress, in excess of personal budgets, or contrary to a member's own responsible gaming settings. Withdrawals are available to members who have completed identity verification (KYC) and have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals of purely deposited funds (with no active bonus) are processed subject to the standard verification requirements only.
PRK365 targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for verified accounts under normal circumstances. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers are subject to your bank's own settlement periods. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. PRK365 may request confirmation of your payment method before releasing a withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your name — are not permitted under any circumstances.

PRK365 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the member will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to resolve the issue where possible.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by PRK365 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms attached to each individual promotion. These terms are available on the Promotions page and must be read carefully before any bonus is accepted. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that offer.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Bonuses are subject to expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time frame, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the account automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.
Only one active bonus may be held at any time. If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, you cannot claim a second bonus until the first has been completed or expired. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the newer bonus being voided.
PRK365 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where abuse is detected. PRK365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected members where reasonably practicable. PRK365 also reserves the right to exclude specific members from promotional offers at its discretion.

Game availability may change without notice — titles can be added, removed, or temporarily suspended for maintenance or provider reasons. All casino game outcomes on PRK365 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of each spin, hand, or round is independent of previous results. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed and accepted at the exact moment of confirmation. PRK365 reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error, in which case any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
PRK365 offers extensive cricket betting markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, and bilateral series. Specific rules apply to abandoned matches, reduced-overs games (Duckworth-Lewis), and player performance markets where the designated player does not bat, bowl, or field. These rules are available in the sports betting help section. In all cases where a match is abandoned before a result is possible, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
In-play (live) betting allows bets to be placed on events that are already in progress. Odds update rapidly during live events. PRK365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, during a review of a dismissal or a video referral — and to void bets placed during a period of suspended markets if appropriate. Decisions on in-play voids are final.
Maximum single-event and accumulator winnings limits apply to sports betting. These limits are displayed in the betting rules section and may vary by sport, market, and event. PRK365 reserves the right to limit the stake accepted on any individual bet at its discretion, particularly for high-value accumulators or unusual betting patterns.

You may close your PRK365 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method subject to the standard verification and withdrawal conditions. Accounts with active bonuses will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure unless the wagering requirements have been met.
PRK365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time frame, or inactivity over an extended period. In cases of proven fraud or Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. PRK365 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, as detailed in the account fee schedule available on the platform. Members will be notified before any fee is applied where contact details are current and valid.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PRK365 regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
PRK365 may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
